How we handle personal data.

We process personal data responsibly, in line with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to provide education, meet legal obligations of a public school, communicate with families, and respond to inquiries. The legal bases are legal obligation, performance of a task in the public interest, and — for optional uses such as publishing photographs — consent.

4. Retention and security

Data is kept only as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by archiving rules for educational institutions. Messages sent through the website are kept only as long as needed to respond. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.

5. Sharing

Personal data is shared only with public authorities where required by law, or with service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

7. Children, photographs and media

We collect only the student information we need, and never publish sensitive student data. Photographs of students are published only with the required permissions, and we avoid identifying minors by name in public images.
